The 800-Pound Gorilla Makes Us Stronger

As a church, our beliefs and practices are far from those of the Protestant churches. There are vastly more of them than there are of us, making them the 800-pound gorilla. If we talk about our church, the question comes naturally, 'what does your church believe' and we know the question after that will be, 'why'. In order to respond we must know much more, not just about those differences, but about everything in the Bible. This makes us stronger. This extra work and learning is not for everyone, however, and some have turned away.
