Roger Piñate, the Venezuelan-American founder of the voting-machine company Smartmatic

surrendered to authorities and faced charges Monday in Miami federal court of committing foreign corruption and money laundering to secure election contracts in the Philippines.
He is the same Roger Piñate that Atty Glenn Chong mentioned in his signed affidavit who secretly met with now First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos just before the 2022 Election, which if proven true is illegal under our laws. No denial of this meeting was ever made by Liza Marcos.
