This is an introduction to my documentary series about James J Pettigrew & his network of CIA Counterintelligence Surrogates aka The James Jesus Angleton King Maker System.
This is a deep dive with lots of information about how the CIA surrounded the Hanford Nuclear Reservation area with CIA Counterintelligence operatives & gave them property. Post WW2 thousands of Nazi POWs wanted to stay in the US and were given a red carpet rollout with new 'fake' identities gifted to them via CIA Counterintelligence at it's inception. I would argue that the CIA is basically a Nazi wing of the US which is why it's activities are so counterproductive to keeping peace between the US and other nations.
This is about how they've controlled the narratives by creating surrogates and 'data mirrors' to always have a made ya look to blame things on or create a new gatekeeper to 'manage the narrative'. In my research, the network frequently leads back to the this very story, in Washington State & how it connects to the Child Abuse scandals spreading across the US at various Christian Camps/Schools.
What this translates to in modern times is that much of the commentary or 'news' is theater...but there is & was a network that made that possible...this documentary series is where that starts.

This is not your average disclosure. I left a good career in the wireless industry back in 2016 to start my investigation...it started off as a few curious data points connected to my family that I felt intuitively that I should look deeper into...then I questioned many of them...wasn't satisfied with their answers...visited the FBI who definitely made it clear whose side they were on (hint...not mine...and definitely not yours)
I tried folks...to confront all this 'the right way'. I consider myself a man of integrity and I did ask questions to my immediate family. No matter how clear of a line could be drawn or how corroborated the evidence was...nothing would satisfy their 'burden of proof' to believe me...
Now this is where the Nazi POW thing comes in. There is a secret that many families hold in America. Like a mafia, nearly all of them know to 'never' discuss it...but the sad truth is that in America we brought over 400,000 Nazi POWs into America during WW2. Regardless of the how or why of this...it happened and the point is, we are 'never' told about it in America. It's a huge piece of hidden history that you have to travel in person to find...internet will only get you part of the way. The evidence is buried, digitally and what exists in the real world as analog evidence is quickly being forgotten and deleted.
I won't let that happen to the best of my ability. My documentary series serves as a living history of my travels since 2016...nearly 10 years now of investigating has culminated into what you've been watching me livestream the last year, but 'this' is where the story begins.

This is how Gabriel Cruz Research began
I was searching through declassified documents from the CIA FOIA library in 2016 & began finding parallels between redacted documents & places my brother/father/grandfather had worked for or had ties to (Westinghouse, Science Applications International Corporation)
That began a long path of research involving my grandfather James Pettigrew. James was a 'confessed' child abuser of a particularly low order...even in the category of child abusers which has its share of low order horrible human beings. James was gleefully unapologetic about his sins when he confessed to me & my sister when I was about 10 years old. I've always had negative feelings about James, going back to the mid eighties when some of this was revealed to me but many details were left out and/or never divulged openly. If I hadn't witnessed James abusing children, hiding evidence of abusing children & confessing to me directly about his 'many' victims...I'm not sure I'd be taking this research on the same way. I also can't erase from my memory what he told me...not even after 40+ years...I can still remember James Pettigrew confessing, with glee, to being a child molester. James didn't pretend he was 'in love' or something pandering like that. He didn't even to polish his sins at all...he wanted it normalized to us, in my estimation. He wanted his actions to seem as normal as eating breakfast to us...that's my intuition about his motivations. He knew no one would do anything if we said anything. It was true in 1988...it's true in 2025.
Fast forward to 2016. I'm culling through a series of documents that I downloaded from the CIA website FOIA library. I keep finding things about Psychic Research (STARGATE) tied to 'my brother's' employer of six years (Science Applications International Corporation), back in the 90s, 'while my brother worked there'.
We are talking Remote Viewing, Telekinesis, Psychic Warfare, Psychoenergetic Weapons...all of it, my brother's lab...but who/what was the precursor to all these things before it was called STARGATE?
That would be Westinghouse via Project RAINBOW/TALENT...a company known for many Nuclear Infrastructure projects, globally...plus they were an entertainment powerhouse who had their name plastered on shows like "I Love Lucy" & a studio that facilitated production for shows like "Hogan's Heroes".
Two CIA FOIA library datasets that seem to point at my family...that had alignment with aforementioned STARGATE projects which were also known as Project RAINBOW under Westinghouse before STARGATE was ever a thing...hmmm..got it...what to do?...what to say?
Wait...two relatives working close to these companies with declassified projects related to Psychic Research & Electromagnetic Warfare, including Psychoenergetic Weapons & studying things like "Psychic Attacks"?
Welcome to my family ladies & gentlemen. To be frank, even though I was surprised I can't really say I was 'that' surprised. It's just that no one told me. I just know that the more I learned, my older brother would call me, after releasing an article, minimizing the importance of SAIC's connection to the story while talking to me on a speaker phone, from his office. He was working at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's National Security Directorate w/NSA, HS & COINTEL Ops under his helm. He seemed concerned about what I was finding while simultaneously, seemingly, minimizing the importance, while calling me, on speakerphone, from his office at 'that job' (Operations for the National Security Directorate)...but I digress
It became obvious to me that my grandfather was way more than the creeper in the family everyone wishes didn't happen & now I understood why my family was willing to cover up James' sins for decades even though they clearly had the power, connections within FEDERAL Law Enforcement to find James, arrest him & hold him accountable for molesting countless children. But that didn't happen. There was 'no willingness' in my family to chase down James Pettigrew? They let him get away for over 30 years until death
Consider what I'm telling you here. My aunt worked at the Dept of Justice Cybercrime Division & was actually blacklisted by Russia for crossing international borders, violating international law...to arrest a 'hacker' in the Maldives.
Imagine that...they had the power to chase down a hacker, who wasn't a child molester or anything like that...just a credit card hacker...but locating James Pettigrew was 'never' a priority...he was allowed to go free.
Why?
I've spent the last 10 years researching that exact question. I travelled to Bothell, Washington, where James Pettigrew owned two homes & where it all began. It's 3 blocks from the cold case murder of Jodi DePaoli who was killed 'right before' James fled to Mexico & disappeared from my life 1987-89

Tracking The Love Israel Cult - Bothell Suburban Compound 174th near James Pettigrew

Not far from James neighborhood in Bothell is another enclave where The Love Israel Cult is 'known' to have lived. I say that because I believe this neighborhood is mostly a 'made ya look' to keep people from looking deeper into the known personal friends of James Pettigrew in the 222nd Queensborough region, another 'less known' Love Family enclave.
I show some of the way some business records appear to have been crossed 'seemingly by design' to confuse people trying to learn the root/nature of who/where the ownership leads back to...some of it surrounds 174th in Bothell that has matching records to another region in Florida where I found records connected to the Leon Mafia & James Pettigrew's CIA Counterintelligence Cults.

The Love Israel Cult | History Behind Love Israel's Arlington, Washington Compound | Field Report

I travelled out to Arlington in Rural Washington State to check out whether or not The Love Family still had ownership in the camp. I've felt for some time that they were trying to blur lines on what is what with their names and how that relates to their spiritual journey.
Did the Love Israel Cult move? If they did, how many stayed behind? How many are blending in at the Jewish camp that now owns it? Are the current owners aware of the history behind the camp?

T.A.G. Program | Talented & Gifted or Modern Lebensborn Plan | Woodinville-Wellington to Hanford

I take you to my school, Wellington Elementary where I was enrolled in the T.A.G. Program from Grades 3-5. Around March/April of 1985, my family was in the process of moving from Woodinville, Washington to the farm in the Eltopia, about 3 hours away to the east. My brother Joaquin, who had also been enrolled in TAG, in the room next door to me, moved to the farm earlier than the rest of us with James & Martha Pettigrew, my mother's parents. After that, between James & my parents, they made several trips to and from the Seattle-Woodinville area during the process of our move to the farm.
I go into more detail about my specific experiences in the TAG program & what I think it's true purpose might have been then, and likely still is today...a modern Lebensborn, more specifically a way to track children of rare blood groups & track their progress relative to being inventors, innovators, scientists...etc...to ensure those innovators & their innovations are 'controlled'.
You would be surprised at the level of genius some of my classmates possessed. I frequently felt like dumbest one among them. Their were some kids in that class that were already doing High School level learning by the time they were in 3rd-6th grade.

I used to design wireless networks for ground based communication companies...I feel like this connection between Musk & co-locating near these bases...along with the fact that James Pettigrew was also near bases near here...not a coincidence.

Point is that, I have lots of family with secret Nazi/CIA history & know for a fact that Odd Fellows & Rebekahs are the 'true' secret society that they operate from. I don't know everything about Freemasons. I'm not here to point at them or defend them necessarily but I will say that the Pettigrew's expressed disdain for Freemasons, despite being Odd Fellows & Rebekahs themselves.
What is the chess game going on the behind the scenes between Freemasons & Odd Fellows? Why have I never heard anyone else mention this. I was told this by my mother when I was younger. She was (likely still is) a Rebekah.
I have to be honest...when I compare symbolism between Masons & Odd Fellows...the IOOF is clearly the 'darker' order of the two. I've always wondered why they get 'zero' attention but frequently everything is blamed on Jews and Freemasons...wait a minute...hold up...who else does that?
Nazis...oh
DId you know that Nazis exterminated a significant number of Freemasons in concentration camps & that being a Freemason was one criteria?
If it's about their occult beliefs...how come the Nazis joined a group that is, in my opinion, doing dark things behind the scenes?
When you get down to it, Nazis are stealing all esoteric/occulted learnings and trying to subvert them or hide away for themselves...this just touches on one of the ways they've been subverting Secret Societies from a perspective you might not have heard before.
I hear almost no one mentioning Odd Fellows...this is always worth noting...what is 'not' said.

I give you a quick tour of where my family gained influence over the Hanford Nuclear Reservation since 1985. Keep in mind that James Pettigrew had already established routes via PJ Taggares to this area since the 60's. Our family moving to the Hanford area represented a hand-off of James' CIA Counterintelligence network that guarded (surrounded) the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. A system they still have in place to this day. I would argue that America would lose more CIA agents if something happened to Hanford than if it did at Langley or somewhere in Virginia...this place is an Intelligence Network hotbed where they are experimenting with 5G mmWave, brain chips, AI...wait...that's all the things that Elon Musk is into...how about 'that'?

I take you on location to Hanford Nuclear Reservation where the National Laboratory, PNNL (Pacific Northwest National Laboratory) houses the National Security Directorate (NSD). As it just so happens, my own brother, I discovered, once ran the Operations team of the NSD. This is the same lab who has been implicated for Ukrainian Bioweapons labs which largely contributed to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and by proxy, the United States.
A strange link to find that close to home but I explain all here & will have another article to help explain further.

The History of Radar Hill, Washington | Strange Wineries & The Agape Boarding School Scandal

Building off the last article from Tagaris Winery, I take you to Othello, WA where most of the wine is produced by the Taggares connected operations. Keep in mind, this has 'all' been James Pettigrew's stomping grounds in the past. He was a business partner (Tri-County Producers Alfalfa Cubing Operations) of PJ Taggares whose family owns much of the adjacent property to the Agape Boarding School for Boys on Radar Hill in Othello, Washington on the Franklin-Grant County Line.
This is just some footage of me driving through the former Othello Air Force Base which has since then been Agape Boarding School for Boys. I've always wondered who would think to house kids or even 'young men' in a facility like this. Most of the building are in disarray. This is not simply due to aging and this being 2024. It wasn't much better in the 90s when the Agape school was there. I've never understood that story. There were other Boys Farms in the area with good reputations. Why have more than one group tried to turn it into a Boarding School for Boys? You'll see in the article...radioactive salvage items are scattered around. Does any of this make sense?

What is going on with Christian Reform Schools like Agape Boarding School for Boys being co-located on-top of Underground Bases adjacent to wineries that give tours?
Are you starting to see a theme developing here?
Agape Boarding School, who I don't mention much in this article was completely immersed in all this activity back in the 90s. Nothing has changed.
James Pettigrew, my mother's father, had a business relationship with PJ Taggares. Tagaris is the winery that owns that land and grows grapes for some of the wines that wind up served at Tagaris Taverna (FYI - Taggares for some reason changed their name to TAGARIS for the winery but they are the same people).
What is really going on out here. It's been a place where politicians and agents from the city came to visit...but to do this day, there is nothing to see there. There is not reason to be there outside of agriculture...unless...the underground bases hold the larger answer...
They aren't coming out here for the vibrant nightlife and culture...I can tell you that...

Since the 80s Battelle’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory has been building a space-based Nuclear Reactor that can produce Mega-Watts of energy. This is consistent with the vision that Wernher Von Braun had envisioned with Lunetta in his Mars Project book from the 50s. Since I’ve found “The Don” co-mingling with Margrit Von Braun at WSU in 1989…none of this should come as a surprise to anyone in the know. The Bloodline family running PNNL has had a secret relationship with the Von Braun family for decades. This means the vision of Von Braun, as you’ve seen it dramatized in his book, is actually being carried out & managed by “The Family”. They’ve had control of the area via CIA Counterintelligence since James Pettigrew’s era in the 60s when he used PJ Taggares as a surrogate (Taggares-Serragat-Surrogate).
Why do they need to use “Surrogates” or “Buffers” (as they call them in The Godfather”?
If you were designing & implementing a nuclear reactor that planned to target any human anywhere on the planet with a nuclear powered laser that can slow kill or fast kill any live target or start fires…you might be looking for layers of cover to hide from global governments…hence the OLIVE Surrogate system.
Russia already knows who/what/where…will America allow this to happen under our name if it is? All the evidence suggests that Battelle not only planned to build Lunetta (SDI) but actually followed through on that plan and have rolled it out globally.
This should be an interesting year…I don’t think Russia or China…let alone other nations, will tolerate Musk & the Leon Mafia aiming a Nuclear Weapon over their heads globally. Something tells me this is about to come to an end very soon.

Trump had just won the election & signed the EO…I was impressed, frankly…fine, perhaps it was bullshit all along…but I was still thinking he might actually be serious. I was willing to give him a chance on that issue at least.
Some quick background…my father had a fellowship under Senator Warren Magnuson, a Washington State Democrat back around 79-80ish…I was very young. We moved to D.C. to be with my father on this journey. We were heavily immersed in the D.C. world. We met people. I remember being in mansions. I was impressed by it all, frankly. It left an imprint on me. I had a weird faith in government…the voodoo worked for awhile. One might say, just walking the lines of D.C. has an occult power or influence, but we’ll deal with that topic another time.
Point is…that father was PISSED about Trump winning, at least he ‘seemed to be’ on the surface. Was this my father playing Lucha Libre? I don’t know…I got back and forth…but one thing for certain. He puffed his chest & said something like ‘that EO won’t do anything…it doesn’t do anything…it’s not a law…he won’t get anywhere with that!’
Okay…I get it…it’s just an E.O…not a law. But his defiance was disturbing to me. There was zero ‘reach across the aisle’ on that issue…one that I personally care about having come from a child abusing grandfather on my mother’s side who evaded justice after being involved with trafficking operations & to dodge a legal case against him.
James Pettigrew…my grandfather…this is where my family and I split, nearly entirely. Almost none of them communicate w/me since I revealed what James Pettigrew did. He had a system of surrogates, money laundering mules, actors…

CIA Money Laundering Front Businesses: Farms, Wineries, Nukes & Dept of Energy

These articles were shot in 2023 about 8 miles west of the Hanford Nuclear Reservation on a farm I grew up on. The town was Eltopia - Merrill's Corner - Population 100 (est)...from the Woodinville-Duvall area near Seattle, surrounded by trees & lots of things to do...to a baron desert landscape, hardly anyone around, lots of dirt & dust devils...yeah, culture shock.
It was during this era between 1985-1989 that my parents combined their money with James Pettigrew to purchase a farm from Robert Wells (you'll see a news article in this piece that shows - Wells had a longtime association to James Pettigrew).
That's not the only 'suspect' record connected to this farm...it will all lead back to PJ Taggares who ran a cubing operation (Tri County Producers) with James Pettigrew. Fast forward to the 80's...here we are, in a cubing operation, with James, but this time, my parents are the 'laundering vehicle' for James...according to their statements to me. They told me James was being accused of abusing a girl. They allowed him to 'cash out' his earnings and combine it with theirs to purchase the farm in order to protect his assets.
Now that we know everything connected to Taggares/Tagaris is also Pettigrew...where is the paperwork trail doing to hide The Family association to this operation today?
Goodfellas...might hold some answers, but like most of these things, it's all spin, it's all mixing...but it's all also getting revealed now

The Wells Farm Apparition | Love Israel Cult from Seattle to Hanford | TAG-ACE Programs

I assembled some of the stories from the farm and school I grew up on near Hanford after moving there from Seattle in 1985. I was transferred from the Wellington Elementary TAG (Talented and Gifted) Program in the Seattle area to Mesa Elementary in Mesa, Washington. They were & still remain, a very small rural school without a full time advanced education program. They had something called ACE instead.
Then I take you back to Eltopia on the Wells Farm. This was a property associated to a man named Robert Wells who was a longtime business associate of James Pettigrew & PJ Taggares. I have records that show that Pettigrews met with the Wells & Taggares family regularly in the 60-70’s era…which means that my mother, Penny must know or have knowledge of the who the Taggares family are at a much deeper level than she lets on…but I digress…
James dropped me off at the Wells farm in 1985 & I had a very powerful paranormal experience while I was there. I describe the event in this article and do my best to give you a sense of what I experienced visually & emotionally. The entire experience changed me. It got more interesting when years later I received information about that event…it felt like a ghost walked into me but I now know that it was not a ‘spirit’ but more likely someone physical who actually crossed over between physical/spiritual as a ‘live person’…I explain more in the article.
I’ll also talk about the Love Israel Cult aka Church of Jesus Christ at Armageddon who I found we had as neighbors…once again, just like we did back in Bothell. Wherever we go…it seems members of the Love Israel Cult…follow. This has been an ongoing trend since childhood. The seem to be a ‘hired staff’ of Truman Show. People that ‘The Family’ can dispatch to dispel any leaks before they happen through ‘planned trusted relationships’.

What was one of the producers of The Godfather, Francoise Ruddy, Albert S Ruddy's Ex-Wife, doing in the middle of Rural Oregon (Antelope) with a religious cult guru named "Rajneeshee"?
Was one of the producers of one of the most respected films in the history of cinema 'duped' by a religious guru named Rajneeshee?
Or was it more likely that Ruddy aka Ma Prem Hasya was 'orchestrating' the events at Rajneeshpuram and Rajneeshee...only a cast member in a huge money/identity laundering operation. This is very typical of the CIA & Nazis who are always looking for ways to 'launder' identities of Nazi Bloodlines. Getting large communes of people who are willing to give up 'everything', including their very identity...is a huge part of how they get away with it.
In this case, they decided to attempt to take over an entire rural county of Oregon...Wasco to be exact, starting in a small town named Antelope which they quickly changed to "Rajneeshpuram"
You can imagine how this all went over with the locals...moreover, they didn't seem concerned with making nice with the locals. This commune was intent on antagonizing this very rural minded region.
I used to design cellular towers in this area and know the area very well. I have insights into the history of this story and can provide an alternative angle to what was already known.
What if you learned that none of this was ever a real religious movement?

Maryhill Stonehenge is located on the Washington/Oregon border, not far from The Dalles where I filmed the article about the Rajneeshee movement in Oregon. In this article, I share in more detail the 33 degree alignment between Stonehenge & Vatican City.
I also discuss my personal alignments to Richland Mason Lodge...which by the way, I couldn't possibly have had anything to do with. I was a child in one case, and in the other, I was only a guest and someone else had purchased the home. Those people (in my family) are likely aware but are not divulging that information.

By now, most people hip to what's really going on know that the MSM is not only frequently misreporting...but straight up manufacturing the news. Nowhere is the union between the CIA & Hollywood more obvious than when it comes to Sean Penn's reporting on 'anything'. He's a good actor. No doubt. I would argue that his career in news...between Joaquin "El Chapo" Archivaldo Guzman & the Ukraine-Zelensky interviews...are just another role for Mr Penn.
We are being gaslit on a grand scale because the same way we know most world leaders tend to be 'puppets'...why would it be any different for drug, arms, or human trafficking kingpins. Certainly there would be just as much interest, even more, for 'creating' lightning rod 'characters' who absorb the blame for the 'true kingpin'...the ones who always remain nameless and in the shadows.
The on-site footage you are seeing was taken at Rancho Cucamonga in the front of "The Hawthornes" master planned community near the Ontario International Airport in Southern California. It was shot in 2021 as part of my tracking the Zodiac Killer series. YouTube deleted this video and the others associated with about a year ago. I've been trying to get it back online with more information & visuals (maps, supporting slides). This was the first video I recorded around the Kaiser Steel facility in Fontana. Ontario is very close by.

I started investigating the Ontario Airport Underground Ratline back in 2017, well before Elon Musk started his Hawthorne Calfornia project as part of Boring Tunnel. I couldn't help but notice the underground tunnel I was already investigating was nicknamed "The Hawthornes Tunnel" after the master planned community in Rancho Cucamonga that the Ontario Airport tunnel empties into a series of Safe Houses.
What is being done with these underground lines? I'm sure whoever built did it for infrastructure & 'national security'...but like all these things, it's joke on US Taxpayer for funding something they can't access and have zero knowledge about publicly available.
This is why I warn of Musk...you have no clue how often this happens. His projects are often budgeted to hide or conceal money spent on other projects with mirror terms...IMO
This area is a Zodica/O9A Stronghold...but this article is less about them specifically and more about the agency that enables, funds and supports the Order of Nine Angles as their field team...operations for drug trafficking black budget money.

How did several key details involving both my grandfathers wind up in one episode of a tv series from 1972?
Not a huge stretch if you understand their roles in CIA Counterintelligence...TV/Movies...were like the email of their day. They passed messages to larger select audiences while simultaneously passing off as 'entertainment' for the larger population.

The question behind countless theories...because the official story as provided by The Warren Commission has never satisfied anyone with half a brain.
Enter the Oliver Stone directed biopic, JFK (1991)
I remember when it was released back in 1991, Oliver Stone was accused of obfuscating the truth. Let's face it though, regardless of Stone's intention, telling this complicated story is nearly impossible. It requires too much from the viewer to be cohesive by itself...meaning, you as the viewer must own the research, if you intend to understand what happened to JFK.
We must understand this story better in light of recent events.
Why is Donald Trump getting cozy with Elon Musk?
Anyone who does a modicum of research must know that Musk's official story does not add up. It doesn't have to. He is the creation of the Leon Mafia who was figurative in establishing the CIA as we know it today...they 'created' their own agency, effectively...which has echoes to today if you look into what the National Security Directorate at Hanford Nuclear Reservation truly is (cough cough...another CIA...cough cough)...
The Leon Mafia has always been two bloodlines, primarily, who share a base of cover businesses & personalities, to hide their identities. They 'create' characters, who act as surrogates for them in public. The real Leon Mafia has kept their profile obscured successfully for decades.
Watch a film called The Good Shepherd...not for truth, but to learn how Hollywood creates 'lore' for you to believe in, like James Jesus Angleton, so that you'll never find the families & their mafia organizations behind it. Do you believe Robert De Niro would give up the 'real CIA'? Of course not...he practically 'is' the same group...I wish I were exaggerating.
You cannot separate Hollywood fiction & lore from the activities of the CIA. They have fooled the vast majority of the world into believing the James Jesus Angleton was anything but a character, used as bait...to hide the real bloodlines running (more aptly...RUINING) the show.
Today, the modern CIA learned it's lessons...never do it's activities 'as' the CIA...and hence, they have taken the system used with James Jesus Angleton and brought it into the private sector with Elon Musk and his many companies...all owned by CIA & The Leon Mafia as a partnership...but it's difficult to tell anymore which is tail and which is the dog...
What this is here, is an assembly of scenes from Oliver Stone's film "JFK" revealing moments where Lee Harvey Oswald was called "Leon"...this is relevant because many accused Stone of taking excessive creative license with these plot points...
As it turns out, when you do the research, Oliver Stone didn't really exaggerate at all. He pretty much nailed it as well as you can without making the Leon Oswald reference it's own movie...but it's there when you look for it...I took the effort out of it for you.
Turns out this all leads back to a real story, as told by the Odio Sisters. It's well documented and they were interviewed by PBS's Frontline in 1993

Kennedy was said to have told a journalist that he intended to 'splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces'. He wasn't the only US president who feared the CIA's overreach...I'll show examples of President Harry S Truman & others writing editorials requesting a serious reduction of the CIA's power and authority...
To date...not only has the CIA's power not been reduced...they control the USA & have a grip on global economies through money laundering, blackmail, extortion, bribery, drug/arms/human trafficking...in other words, they have become the cancer from with the US that spreads globally...
