Eddie will get it Done (part 2 of 4)

The title is illusive. This is not specifically about being "framed" for something someone didn't do, although that is part of it. It's more about being caught up in the "frame" of a camera's eye. Being the focus of something and who will be seen and who will escape the frame. Eddie Meyers is smarter than all of them in the frame. He's controlling everything, they just don't know it because they have him in custody (again). The story is a wild ride into the psyche of all the characters.
