I have to confess that the entire affair quickly became a bore. My son followed Sleepy Joe’s lead and went to bed early.

And although I could hear cackles and the orange man droning on in the background, I was much more interested in a conversation I was having about eating 🐱.

In unrelated news, right wing media is desperately searching for any scrap of evidence they can find regarding recently fabricated reports that a Haitian Animal Rescue in Ohio hasn’t turned out the way PETA had hoped…or something to that effect.

But I digress.

Amidst the obnoxious babble, a simple phrase was uttered by President Trump that means plenty in Layman’s Terms.

And I’m getting to the point of using it. I promise

So, while we wait for the punchline in the sick joke this country has become, the general population inches ever closer to plight on an unprecedented scale — yet far too many remain oblivious to the peril.

Because if the train of consequences keeps rolling the way it has been, destruction of the American Republic is assured and there is no doubt it will be a blood bath.

Take that as literally as you like.
