As a refugee to America, my spelling and writing skills aren’t the greatest—probably at a 5th or 6th grade level at best. But guess what? That didn’t stop me from writing a book! In this video, I share how I used AI to turn my ideas into a fully-written book, Zero to Deal, without needing to be a great writer.

Here’s how I did it: I started by recording a video where I explained everything I wanted to include in my book. Afterward, I used AI to transcribe the video into text. Once I had the transcription, I fed it to another AI tool to help shape it into a book! The result? Zero to Deal, a complete guide on how to close your first seller financing deal in just 4 weeks with zero money!

The magic here is that while my spelling and grammar might not be great, I still created the content. AI just helped me turn that content into a polished book. If I can do it, so can you!
