Yesterday, Open Records officer Det. Bonnie Sedlesac nearly had a breakdown on the phone. This morning, Chief Det. Patrick Young is on the hot seat. Will we get to see the .HEIC files from Det. Gianvito's phone or do I have to sue these obstructionist morons?
