Neil Barrett - Spring Summer 2025 Show

Neil Barrett's Spring Summer 2025 menswear collection challenged the status quo, taking aim at those unnecessary details that linger in menswear like vestigial organs. These elements, once functional, have become more about habit and tradition than practicality.

Barrett's approach was to recontextualize these details, breathing new life into them. A prime example was the white pocket square. Traditionally peeking from a suit jacket pocket, Barrett placed them in unexpected locations – on laser-sharp leathers, taffeta-tech jackets, even T-shirts and sweats. "It's such a signifying element," Barrett said of the pocket square, "an iconic sartorial detail. So it felt right to me to use it."
