That was there to reassure you that the left's goal of destroying the USA is the patriotic policy position every American should embrace. You see, if the left can't have unfettered power, they would rather burn civilization to the ground. They have the same personality as every spoiled child who throws a fit in a toy store when his/her parents say "NO!". The only difference is these children have nuclear weapons and a private security entourage to protect them from their rational brethren.
