IDENTITY POLITICS OF DIETS
My take on the carnivore diet: I’m Asian, so rice is a must! I prefer an animal-based approach because diets should be personalized. Healthcare often overlooks individuality, pushing a one-size-fits-all system. Even Paul Saladino evolved from strict carnivore to animal-based. We’re all different, and that’s okay!
