Fulton County, GA Voter Roll Lawsuit Update

Citizen AG has filed a lawsuit against the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections (FCDRE) and its Board Members as well as Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger after video surfaces of FCDRE Chair stating "Fulton County never does an independent search for anybody."

This is never-before-obtained evidence that could change the entire outcome of election lawsuits in one of the nation's most volatile counties.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA: On Thursday, September 12: Citizen AG attorney, Nicole Pearson, and local co-counsel, James Elliot of My Georgia Attorneys, LLC, appeared at an emergency Rule Nisi hearing set by Honorable Judge Steven C. Jones in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, where District Court Judge Steve C. Jones "command[ed] Defendants to appear and show cause why the relief [CAG] demanded [in the complaint] should not be granted."
