If you were planning on walking the Surprise Creek Track this coming weekend, maybe have another think about it...
Ergon Energy crews are in full swing repairing the track which is also a service track - lots of trucks coming and going although we're not sure if they're working over the weekend. With the oncoming wet season rapidly approaching, everybody else seems to be working in preparation for it, so they probably are too.
