A Mid Summer Week, Harvesting the Garden

A peek at a week in mid August where we harvested some of the fruit and vegetables on our property.

We are a family of 6 living on just under 1 acre in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
We try to maximize our use of this one acre property.
Our goal is to become more and more self-sufficient and give our family a secure place to call home.
We have Conservative views and Christian beliefs.
