S1- E9 A Hobby Farmhouse Makeover

Hey folks welcome back to another episode of RENOVATE OTTAWA.

After ten weeks of renovating this farmhouse my work is done. We renovated the kitchen, fixing the back entry door framing, insulation, wiring, drywall, installing a new ceramic backsplash, floating shelves, a new ceiling fan, and new floating stainless hood fan. Repairing the drywall in the staircase, hallway walls, and ceiling. Complete with new paint and trim, a complete upgrade to the second floor bath with all new tile, shower, vanity and fixtures. In the main floor bath we modernized the entire bathroom with large format tile, a deep soaker tub, shower panel with rainfall and water fall shower heads, jets and hand held spray. A brand new vanity, light up mirror, and upgraded laundry facilities.
