Man sitting with his dog in Jackson Square Hamilton is harassed by security (mostly nons) until it escalates much farther than needed. This is the same place where a jeet is known to expose himself and chase women and young girls down the street. Security does nothing about that, but a man sitting with his dog requires a whole security team that does nothing but escalate and hit dogs with batons.
