Day 15 - Eyes are the key to the….

Eyes are the key to the Soul, they also invite the Ego

Our eyes are so powerful and all energy exchanges can be controlled from the eyes

Eyes of the BODY
Looking at their eyes MIND
And through the I as the Soul

Eyes can invite the Ego especially when we pay little attention to how we automatically look from person to person. Each eye contact is an exchange of energy. The person who is aware in these moments holds the key. If we catch someone in the eyes unprepared we are entering into an energy space that may be attached to drama or energy that does not have our best interests

Strip back our engagements with others to just our stare. See what you can learn from choosing who gets to share your energy

Here is a way we can explore the power of our eyes

When you next walking down the road, create an imaginary 2-3m radius all around you. Imagine this is your safe space

When people walk past and into your space, keep your eyes on your path. Notice what takes place

Notice how we are pulled to want to look automatically. Bring awareness to what they do? Bring awareness to the energy.

Explore this in other locations like a coffee shop or a gym. Set intentions ie keeping focussed on yourself for the next 20 minutes and bring awareness to all the things that come. It truly is fascinating

You will realise how much more powerful you become when you control who shares your stare. When we bring full awareness to our day, we can lock eyes with anyone we choose, knowing that we are in full control as we are the truth

Here is an example of how powerful our eyes can be when we bring stillness to the body, mind and the space between

Intentions and feelings that combine with the stare can change someones life

From this awareness we get to simplify life down to a choice, a choice for our eyes to see
