Fed is quietly taking control of NYC while Mayor Adams is under investigation

According to CBS political reporter Marcia Kramer with her sources. The Fed has pushed NYC Mayor Adams to the sideline while they investigate City Hall corruption. Mayor Adams did NOT pick ex-FBI Tom Donlon as new NYPD Commissioner, it was the Fed picking their old colleague to replace embattled NYPD Commish Edward Caban.
