Bike Thieves!

In the Back of my apartment, they have a stolen bike operation going on for years now. Cops do nothing. Then they stash them in the entry way of the apartment bldg. as they buy drugs from the guy in the apt next to me. Billings Cops do nothing about it. What a disgrace the law makes us deal and live with this crap for years now.
