Stuffed Chicken

Stuffed Chicken 🔥 For the Holidays a bomb!!!! With roasted peppers, ham, caramelized onion, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, olives, caramelized onion. What do you think?
The first thing I did was to debone the chicken, if you don't know how to do it, ask your butcher friend... I stuffed it with everything I put above and grilled it with good wood (to give it a good Smoked) x 2 Hours at low heat (10 inch hand over the grill) 1 Hour x side. This goes in the fridge and eaten cold with a good salad.
