Surely it was just a 'coincidence' that this 'garden bed' was spruced up and mulched in the 1-2 days before Kuranda welcomed the cyclists competing in the Cardiac Challenge yesterday morning...
It, like all the other garden beds in town, couldn't of looked much worse. One 'positive' could be that, now we know when it was done, we have a reference point for how long it takes them to do it again.
