Bill Gates about funding vaccines

"Our choice (regarding funding the vaccine) is the diseases that kill the most children. I have no particularly bias about this. I knew very little about malaria or TB or you know these awful diseases called neglected tropic diseases where a gift of a million Dollars can cover an entire country and make sure nobody has to suffer for these things. And they're very far away and it's hard to get people's attention to these things."
