Vance Dykes & Bill Clinton: The Brazilian Roswell

After midnight on January 19, 1996, The Brazilian Integrated Center for Air Defense and Air Traffic Control (CINDACTA) was contacted by North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) being warned that a mysterious object was falling from the sky and was going to crash in the Varginha Area. Afterwards, residents claimed to have seen mysterious creatures with triangular heads and glowing red eyes. This incident is known as The Varginha UFO Incident or The Brazilian Roswell.
