The first reason why our client's website ranks on the first page is that we included their main keywords in the title. If you check the source code of their website, you can see we included the keyword and its variation in the title.

The second reason is that we included their keyword at the beginning of the description. The description starts with their main keyword ad and also includes variations. This helps put in users and tells Google what the page is about.

By doing these two things, we have ranked our client's website on the first page.
