Day 29 of my 30-day planking challenge, and this one comes the morning after I attended a concert the night before in the land of Chicago. It was a fun and excellent show, and I even did a plank at the event in the courtyard outside the venue. That's all well and good, but I've got business to attend to with this plank, and my final day's challenge will come to glorious effect, soon enough.
