Mark Coope At 63 years old, faced severe mental health challenges after a life-altering event. He was a confident, active person with a thriving business and a loving family. But everything changed on February 19th, 2016, when he was viciously attacked by a group of youths. The physical wounds healed, but the psychological scars left me battling severe PTSD. His business suffered, his self-esteem plummeted, and he was on the brink of giving up.
In early 2024, during a routine doctor’s visit, he had a breakdown. Years of buried negative emotions erupted, and he realized he needed to change.
With his wife Rachel’s unwavering support, Mark embarked on a journey to reclaim his life and focused on his health. Mark found a mentor, and started an online business called Elderpernuer. Today, Mark is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a passionate advocate for helping others overcome their struggles and find success. Mark Coope is also a Martial Practitioner and owner of Samurai Ju-jitsu.
