EVERYBODY’S DARLING TOFU 🤝
In my opinion the best AND easiest way to prepare tofu (even my brother liked it)…🤫
RECIPE (4 servings, 30min prep time):
-400g firm Tofu
Pat dry and tear into chunks.
-2 Tbsp corn starch
-1/2 Tbsp oil
-1 Tsp curry powder
-salt to taste
Toss and bake at 200C/400F for 15-20mins.
Then combine with:
-4 Tbsp of your favorite BBQ or teriyaki sauce
-1/2 lime
Bake for 5more mins and enjoy. 😉
