OREGON - DEQ Hearing for CPP Beaverton Chamber Testimony

The Climate Protection Program was instituted by EXECUTIVE ORDER by Governor Kate Brown. The CPP is will create additional taxes that businesses and consumers will have to pay and those funds will go to non profits to fund climate justice programs.
