Why do neocons keep trying to pin Trump assassination attempts on Iran?

Neocon war mongers are once again trying to pin another Trump assassination attempt on Iran after not succeeding the last time. Why are they bent on doing that is because they want to egg the US into a war against Iran. Iran clearly knows nothing about these attempts yet they keep bringing their name into it. It's almost like they know more about these attempts considering how they try to use them.
