PALEO HEBREW & THE TETRAGRAMMATON

Nehemia Gordon, I've placed this here for consideration (for others and you, should you ever see this information), regarding ha'Shem Kadosh (the Holy Name) of God. With all due and great respect for your investigative linguistic works, your interpretation of the translation, being Yehovah (Yah, the appropriate short form), I disagreed with that correction from the time you discovered the manuscripts supporting this pronunciation.

I consider this disagreement as being only a slight one, your version simply being a correct pronunciation of the MODERN form of Hebrew.

Aside from what factual information or theoretical opinion this gentleman offers, I shall now provide a list of other reasons, along with this one being one of them (#1.), that I reached my conclusion even before you made the "name found" announcement. This one simply being that
PALEO Hebrew PRECEDED modern Hebrew (among semitic languages).

The reasoning question, dependent upon more thorough investigation, with the debatable argument being the same; ALTHOUGH the written letter symbols vary by time and change, does this or does it NOT mean that the pronunciation is the same OR differed, over time and with change in the spoken Hebrew language?

2. Those documents / manuscripts you rediscovered FOLLOWS the diaspora of genetic Israelites (from 10 of the 12 patriarchal tribes) into other nations (European, mostly). As pointed out in this video, your manuscripts included VOWEL SOUND indicators, not previously used.

3. This reasoning follows wiith a continuation of logical assumption that all languages, even nuances of dialect, change over time, somewhat transforming pronunciation of letters and words.

4. As with all these reasons, one logically follows the other, leading to the next. The vowel sound prompts were added AFTER the possible, probable or likely influence of European (in this, your case) linguistics.

Here we can easily see how letter symbols (and pronunciation) can differ and be similar at he same time.
In English, we say our vowels are "A, E, I, O, U and sometimes Y."
They can also be "long" or "short" vowels. (aka "hard" or "soft" sounds)
YAH can also be spelled IAH.

Most simply, there are more than one Hebrew languages and alphabets.
( ie. Yiddish ) ✍🏼

🝏 Focusing on V and W, let's consider some basic facts.
1. When the letter U was engraved in stone, it looked like V
2. The letter W is called double-U ( UU or VV )
The long or "hard" form of U appears to be identified and emphasized.
THEREFORE...
The YHVH becomes YHUH
While Yehovah, in MODERN understanding of HEBREW means,
"I was, am, will come (forever be)" even "I came, I live, I shall again return" or "be known", there is another very important Hebrew & Biblical word ~ LOVE
One Hebrew form of this word is AHAVA ⬅️ ( Agape, in Greek )
Notice the H and V ~!
Any linguistic scholar (which i am not) will tell you that "God" has more than one name, yet usually only transformed by adding a hyphenated or second descriptive name-word. (ie. Yehovah-Jireh, or Yah will provide. Gen.22:14)
Incorporating AHAVA, signify a God of Love or who IS LOVE,
we have YAHAVA! ❤️

We could write it as IHUH and, again, incorporating AHAVA,
we could write it as IAHUAH 👀
( Some are using YAH-HOO-WAH, which is close, yet incorrect. )
📝 | NOTE: During my personal research, study, prayer and meditation,
I was pronouncing the Name like YAH-V'WAH and had a divine intervention encounter with an angel in human form. | (ref. Viola in French) 📝

The correct pronunciation, I believe to be correct...
EE-AH-OO-AH 👀 ( phonetic )
----note that there will be a slight, long 'o' sound when mouthing and slurring into the U / OO sound.
----ref. to how IAH sounds like YAH, the Y sound forming. (EE-AH)
----the same holds true when transitioning UAH, forming the W sound. (OO-AH)

I believe it sounds more ancient (simple or gutteral) and beautiful!
ABBA for Father. Again, 'A' is present, emphasized as prefix and suffix letters,
as it is in AHAVA. Therefore I feel very confident that this is the most ancient, thus original and accurate pronunciation.
