TRUMP SHOOTER - INSIDE INFORMATION?

INSIDER INFORMATION? Seems a like more than a coincidence that another person associated with Black Rock just happens to stake out a golf course for 12 hours for the opportunity to take a shot at a man who was on the otherside of the country the day before. How did he know Trump would be coming back to Florida and that he would be playing golf at the club on Sunday? Was he just hoping to get lucky?
