Hey there, I'm Witt Wilkerson from the IDM Scholar Society with my friends, Gina Pritchard, Nathan Bryan,
and Lora Hooper.
And we're all here because we have one thing, in fact we have many things in common, but one particular is the understanding of the benefits of nitric oxide, and that we're using nitric oxide in our practices with our patients to benefit them and their overall health. Tell us a little bit more, Nathan.

Well, nitric oxide is critically important for the prevention of heart attacks, stroke, diabetes and Alzheimer's. And obviously this interface between medicine and dentistry as we come together and really try to figure out what's best for the patient. How can we detect risk early on? And then how do you mitigate that risk?

And that's really where the testing comes on, salivary testing, and then figuring out how do we restore nitric oxide? Because we're finding if you have oral dysbiosis or eradicating the oral microbiome, trying to get rid of pathogens, the collateral damage sometimes can be worse.
So, we think it's important. Well, we don't think. We know it's important to maintain healthy nitric oxide levels supporting the microbiome. But our product technology is if your body can't make nitric oxide, then we do it for you. But more importantly, we fix the reason the patient can't make nitric oxide. So, we're improving the body's ability to make it on its own.

So, it's really important and we're honored to collaborate with the dental medicine folks, the medical profession, to bring nitric oxide front and center to recognize nitric oxide deficiency early on and then to implement strategies whether it's dental or medical or through supplementation to enhance nitric oxide production and really the data will tell us that you can really prevent the onset and progression of most if not all chronic disease.

Who are you using it with, Lora?
Well, that is the cool part. We can actually get better treatment outcomes while our patients are struggling with their airway issues or oral dysbiosis. We can help supplement and provide that nitric oxide and help us shift that oral microbiome to a healthier one. We truly can create health. So, it's a great solution and we should all be looking at that, screening our patients both for airway and for their oral microbiome for these red complex to really help create long term stable outcomes.
Gina, what about you?
So in our practice, we use it on almost every patient because we do see patients who have had heart attack, stroke, diabetes, dementia, or they're highly motivated to avoid those things in the future. It's a key component of our treatment plan because all of us are inefficient at making nitric oxide over age, what, 40? That's right. Yeah. And our patients have high blood pressure. We've seen dramatic benefits from adding the nitric oxide supplement, N101, for that reason as well as it's a much longer video to explain all of the benefits, but it's a key component of avoiding a heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and dementia in your future. So, bodily important for our practice.
