Is London is Too Violent too Get Involved Now?

Underneath the myriad videos exhibiting violence or anti-social behaviour on the streets of the UK, especially London, you see many questioning why men don't get involved and stop the hoodlums in their tracks. In my view, there are several reasons for this, what do you think?
