Sean 'Diddy' Combs' lawyer says he will plead not guilty

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been indicted on criminal charges for what U.S. prosecutors called the music mogul's years-long orchestration of a sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Marc Agnifilo, a lawyer for Combs, said in front of Manhattan federal court he was "going to fight like hell to get him released."
