Clash of the Titans! (part 5) Never Show Weakness

Hernando County, FL Board of County Commission (BOCC) Budget Hearing 9-12-24 part 5: Commissioner Champion, who may be the only true MAGA supporter in the local Republican Party, would like to be a true populist with the voters, but in a pay-for-play two-party system, he has to play nice with the RINO Clowns that control the local party.

Here, he probably felt obligated to explain why he is raising real questions about the Sheriff’s Budget, while treading very lightly so as not to arouse the ire of the local RINO’s. This effort fails, as ‘Homer’ Holcomb protégé, Jerry Campbell, seizes the moment in an attempt to make political hay at Commissioner Champion’s expense. (See part 6!)
