Easy Beef PHO Soup #phosoup

This Pho recipe is a quick version that is made in the pressure cooker and saves you from hours of cooking, as the regular recipes call for.
Ingredients:
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
2 whole star anise
6 black peppercorn
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp coriander seed
1/2 onion, quartered
8 oz beef chuck
2 inch ginger, peeled
1 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
8 cups bone broth
To put the soup together prior to serving:
Add cooked rice noodles, basil leaves, thin sliced jalapeno and onion, lemon or lime (quartered to squeeze into the soup), microgreens or bean sprouts, and some cilantro or parsley.

In a small skilled toast first 6 ingredients until toasted. Put in a cheese cloth, tie it or use a tea infuser. Add the spice bag, onion, beef, ginger, fish sauce, salt, garlic, and broth to the pressure cooker and let it cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. If you prefer to use a crock pot, let it cook all day.
