Diddy was formerly arraigned today in the Southern District of New York Federal Court. Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied bail, in spite of the defense's pleas and offers to set bail at $50 million dollars.

According to sources, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky told him her concern is “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring.”
