Obese? Diabetic? Whose fault is that?

I went from 250 lbs or so down to 150 with much needed help at the home stretch from Mounjaro! I really could not have done it without this weight-loss drug, although I was prescribed it for my out-of-control diabetes initially. My blood went to normal levels within months. My A1C went from 10.6 to 5.4 in 3 months.

I heard this song and thought it was great. I love how Jesse Welles uses sarcasm to get the point across. Although I will agree with the fact that the companies that make our food do not have our best health in mind when they manufacture their products, I must say, we bear the biggest responsibility. Until I took accountability and was really honest with myself....well, I just assumed my fatness was genetic or something was wrong. I was eating too much of all the wrong foods at the wrong times! It was a trainwreck.
