In today’s video we do a first-time viewing reaction to Eminem’s song “Stan.”
I was told that this was the song Tom based his recent song on the channel “Dear Slim” on. Stay to the end of the video to see the comparison/continuation of the video from “Stan” to “Dear Slim.”
This song about obsessed fans and mental health struggles from internalizing other people’s behaviors and taking them personally is very powerful and very sad.
Mental health is something that so many people struggle with and to be an artists or celebrity must be a crazy lifestyle. To have people be so affected by your life and take things so personally as to blame you for their actions must be hard to deal with.
The ending of the song is heartbreaking and I hope people that need help find the help they need.
