In New York, our case Higbie v. James is currently combating New York's refusal to issue carry permits to non-residents.

In California, GOA, GOF & Gun Owners of California are all plaintiffs on the case CRPA v. Los Angeles Sheriffs Department. This case also deals with the state's refusal to issue out of state residents permits to carry concealed firearms.
