Northern Lights (16Sep24)

An aurora storm rated Kp 7.5, G3.5, became visible at 9PM and peaked at 9:28PM MDT as seen from Cheyenne, Wyoming. I captured this brief display using a GoPro 10, 11, and Fujifilm X-T5.
A day before full moon did not hinder the photography but visible sighting of the aurora was on the margin of visibility.

I slowed the peak moments of the storm that lasted about 7 minutes as deep reds occurred.
