NOTES:
B-screw is set when the chain is on the smallest front chainring,
and on the largest rear sprocket!

Made a lapse with Rapid-rise explanation. Correction:
The cable needs to be loose to set the most inward (low limit screw) position,
not the most outward (high limit screw) position.
