“DREAMCHILD” TOOLS: COLD PLUNGE— WIM HOF METHOD

Watch WHITEWOLF explain how to Cold Plunge as he is giving the example. Read the WIM HOFF book and that is exactly the technique I use.
1). Get your forehead under water for about 15 seconds to activate the Mammalian Reflex to acclimate you to the cold
2). Do 30-33 breaths (in through your nose, out through your nose to hold the HEAT in your body).
3). Hold breath for as long as you can (I do this as I’m under water to add another level but you don’t have to).
4). Deep breath in through your nose and hold it 15-20 seconds (after you finish holding your breath as long as you can)
5). Do 30-33 breaths again
6). Then do steps 2-4 again to accomplish 4-6 rounds of breathing.
YOU WANT THE WATER UNDER 60 degrees if possible:).
