Defense Strategy Advisors Have NO PLAN if U.S. Equipment Enters the Black Market!

There are billions of dollars of U.S. equipment sitting unused in Ukraine that our poor end-use monitoring makes difficult to track.

Despite these issues, national defense strategy advisors have NO PLAN for the possibility of our hyper-lethal equipment entering the black market.
