What IS Energy Work

In this video I discuss the umbrella term or Energy work, which is also called Energy Therapy, Energy Healing. It has a lot of names and a lot of things that fall under this category: Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Shamanism, Angel Healing, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reflexology, singing bowl healing, tuning fork healing and so many, many more energy healing modalities. I also touch on a couple of self healing methods and theories behind illness as well as explaining how energy healing works to heal the body.
