Machining a Shimano freehub disassembly tool

Making a tool for disassembling Shimano freehubs, in order to clean and lubricate them.
Tool dimensions:
Outer diameter: max. 29,55 mm, min. 28,55 mm.
Inner diameter: max. 25,3 mm, min - irrelevant
Pin length: max. 2,9 mm, min. 2,2
Pin width: up to 4 mm
