ABC's "World News Tonight" with David Muir saw a 12% ratings drop following his moderation of the Trump vs. Harris debate. The viewership for the three episodes immediately after the debate averaged 6.7 million, down from 7.6 million earlier in the year. Critics, particularly conservatives, accused Muir and co-moderator Linsey Davis of bias, as they fact-checked Trump multiple times while allowing Harris to make unchecked claims.
