One of a kind top tier Park Model

Welcome back. In my research I found a company called Stratford Building Corporation, over in Rathdrum ID. They build custome prefab homes ranging from park models up to large 2 story or more homes. I got a chance to film this single bedroom single bath ADU, that looks and feels like it should cost more than it does. This one is called the Brook.
