Suku Mante, also known as Manti or Mantir

Suku Mante, also known as Manti or Mantir, is one of the earliest tribes mentioned in Acehnese folklore as having inhabited Aceh, Indonesia. Along with other native tribes like Lanun, Sakai, Jakun, Senoi, and Semang, they are considered the ethnic groups that formed the modern-day Acehnese people.

Originating from the Malay Proto race, Suku Mante is believed to have initially settled in the Aceh Besar area and lived in the depths of the forest. These native tribes are thought to have migrated to Aceh from the Malay Peninsula.

Suku Mante is known for its mysterious nature and limited exposure to the outside world due to their isolated and hard-to-reach forest dwelling. They are described as having a relatively short and hunched stature and live by hunting and gathering.

While there have been sightings and reports of Suku Mante, there is still no concrete scientific evidence of their existence. Some believe that Suku Mante is a myth or legend, while others hope to find tangible proof of their existence.
