Bodycam footage shows Georgia police arresting a traveler who allegedly exposed himself to a young girl at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in September. Authorities said a bystander allegedly caught Andrei Galynine on camera exposing himself to the victim, which was used to identify him. Galynine was arrested days later after returning from his trip to Florida.
