The truth is that the activists who are pushing the agenda that obliterates the differences between men and women know that they can't defend it. So, instead of attempting the impossible, they settle for the next best thing: Censorship.

Satirical news site The Babylon Bee learned this lesson first-hand when Twitter suspended its account for mocking the prevailing narrative of gender identity in 2022. That high-profile episode of speech suppression prompted Elon Musk to purchase Twitter-now "X"-but it hasn't stopped states like New York from pressuring social media platforms to silence important online voices who challenge government-approved orthodoxies.

With Alliance Defending Freedom's help, The Babylon Bee has filed a friend-of-the-court brief supporting a legal challenge to New York's unconstitutional attempt to censor speech.

As The Babylon Bee's CEO Seth Dillon explains, while the legal case continues, his website will continue telling jokes-mocking destructive ideas that should never have been taken seriously in the first place.
